Welcome to the Spring 2023 Program!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.

BLADES SPRING PROGRAM

The Spring 2023 program will build upon the success of our 2022/2023 season.  Entering into our second year the Blades Hockey Association is thrilled to have you as a member of our organization!  This spring will focus on skill development and fun! 

 

Spring 2023 Includes:

Dates - April 3, 2023 - May 31, 2023 (NWHL Playoffs through mid-June)

  • 2 Full Ice Practices Per Week at each level
  • NWHL Spring Season - April - June including playoffs
  • 2 Blades Jerseys 
  • 1 Tournament (Local or Out of Town TBD by Coach/Manager)

We are excited to have your Player join our organization and continue to learn to play hockey the Blades way!

USA Hockey Requirement

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2022-2023 Season.

  • Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
  • Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
